LoveNester – Where Love and Adventure Nest Together

By using the LoveNester app and services, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You must use LoveNester in compliance with applicable laws. You must not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to share content that is illegal, infringing, or that exploits or endangers minors.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Content that constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or that sexualises or exploits minors is strictly prohibited. We will remove such content and report it to the relevant authorities.
• You must not upload or share content that infringes others’ intellectual property, or that is defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
• You are responsible for your account and for the content you post. You must be at least the minimum age required in your region to use the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. By using the app, you grant us the rights needed to operate the service (e.g. to store, display, and sync your content to your devices and to others you choose to share with).

Account and termination

You can delete your account and data at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Travel and other information in the app is for general use; verify important details (e.g. visas, insurance) through official sources.
