LoveNester – Where Love and Adventure Nest Together

Who we are

LoveNester is a couples travel and memories app. This policy describes how we handle your information when you use the LoveNester app and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information: Email address, name, profile photo, and (if you choose) relationship date. We use Firebase Authentication and optional Google Sign-In.
• Content you create: Trips, memories (photos, videos, text), bucket list items, chat messages, task lists, calendar events, and other data you add in the app.
• Device and usage data: We may collect crash reports and performance data (e.g. via Firebase Crashlytics and Performance) to improve the app. We do not sell this data for advertising.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the app (sync across devices, show your content, enable chat and sharing with your partner), to improve and fix the app, and to communicate with you (e.g. account or security notices) when necessary.

Storage and security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Authentication). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Some data is cached on your device for offline use.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Content you create (e.g. memories, chat) is shared only as you choose within the app (e.g. with your partner or group). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety.

Your rights

You can delete your account and data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account & data). You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
