Our commitment

LoveNester is committed to preventing and combating child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not permit content or behaviour that exploits or endangers minors. We take reports of such material or conduct seriously and act in line with applicable law.

Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

• We prohibit the creation, storage, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises or exploits minors.
• We prohibit the use of our services to solicit, groom, or otherwise exploit minors.
• We require users to be at least the minimum age required in their region to use our app; we do not knowingly allow underage users.
• When we become aware of content or conduct that appears to involve CSAM or child exploitation, we remove it, preserve evidence as appropriate, and report to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Reporting to authorities

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where our app is available. When we identify or receive a credible report of CSAM or child exploitation, we report to the appropriate regional or national authorities (for example, in the United States, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or law enforcement). We cooperate with law enforcement and other authorised bodies as required by law.
